I adapted a cheddar bay biscuit recipe using leftover cheese, an Italian blend, and dill fresh from my windowbox garden.
1 pre-made biscuit mix,
1 large egg
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
3/4 cup cold water
Preheat oven to 375F. Place water, mix, and egg in mixer on low speed, careful not to over-mix. Pour in chopped dill. Spray shallow baking dish with non-sticking spray or method of choice.
